Team Managers
TEAM MANAGERS
- All team managers must satisfy Gotsport requirements that include Safesport & Background Checks before working on behalf of the team and club
- Works in coordination with the Rush Academy Pen Head Manager & reports to the Sporting Director
- Managers are responsible for updating all games/practices and tournaments in 360 app team pages and calendars
- Communicating with parents any information concerning game uniforms, game times, cancelations etc
- Communicate with the other team’s manager, mid week, to let them know of uniform colors, and any other things that may be an issue
- Maintain presence during practices to assist coaches in cases of emergencies
- Serve as the liaison between parents and coach
- Communicate with parents, coaches, managers, and technical staff to insure documents needed, are received timely
- Have Manager Book: Roster, Cards, Medical forms, Medical issue form per player, Game day Roster/Score reporting and tournament info
- Check in with Referees before each league game and know the RULES for each league and age group
- Check in person at all Tournaments and know the RULES for each tournament
- Team POC info can be found on the league and their Club website. If they are not listed, please let the Club Rep for that club know which can be found on the same website.
- Report scores and Yellow/Red cards as soon as possible coming off each match day
*Each leagues Manager duties will vary based on the standards and procedures put forward by the league. The Rush Academy Pen Sporting Director and Event Director/Head Manager will work with the team managers to insure they are fully informed on pre-game, in-game and post game procedures.
