US CLUB SOCCER CODE OF CONDUCT
Rush Soccer's code of conduct for coaches emphasizes player safety and well-being over winning, requiring coaches to act as positive role models, prioritize player development, and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Key expectations include teaching fair play, ensuring all activities are age-appropriate, and avoiding verbal or physical abuse, harassment, and inappropriate language. Coaches must also manage sideline behavior and communicate appropriately with players, parents, and officials.
Violation of the Rush Soccer Codes of Conduct can lead to a range of disciplinary actions, from a verbal warning to permanent dismissal from the club, depending on the severity of the offense. Disciplinary action is handled by the Rush Academy Peninsula Sporting Director and a disciplinary committee if needed with consequences TBD.
